Your active participation and day-of decisions are essential for maximizing the outcomes. Please be prepared to complete the necessary prep work and respond promptly to ensure we achieve the best results in our time together.
1. Action Plan Questions and Kick-Off Call
I’ll contact you to schedule our call and email you a discovery worksheet (questions about tone, subject matter, target audience) so I can be prepared to help you to the best of my ability.
Then, the day before your VIP Day, we’ll have a 60-minute phone or Zoom call (your preference) to discuss the results of your newsletter action plan questionnaire, your tech set-up and passwords, and your questions.
2. VIP Day
On your VIP Day, I’ll create or update your newsletter template and first issue on the platform that you choose (Squarespace, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp) and create your 6-month editorial calendar. I handle the content, design, and tech. I’ll need your feedback via email throughout the day.
At the end of the day, I’ll email you the final draft of the newsletter and a doc with all of your login info for your email service provider and we’ll hop on the phone to review everything together.
If you choose the Trailblazer package, then the next day I’ll write and set up your email Welcome Series and social media promotion posts.
3. Follow-Up Call
We’ll hop on a 30-minute follow-up call 2 weeks later to check on your progress and answer any of your questions. You will also have 2 weeks of email support after your VIP Day.
I also offer monthly Done For You or Done With You newsletter implementation packages to my Newsletter Navigator VIP Day clients.
